What is a meeting recap email in sales?
The short email after a sales meeting that writes down the agreed next steps and what the buyer said.
What it means
A meeting recap email, or sales recap, is the short note you send after a sales meeting. It writes down what you both agreed to do next and what you heard from the buyer, so nobody has to remember it.
It is not a summary of your demo. It is a shared record of the plan, which the buyer can forward to the other people who need to decide.
What it means for a sales email
30 Minutes to President's Club (30MPC) teaches a simple shape: the agreed next steps first, each with a date and a person who owns it, then a few lines about the buyer's problems in their own words, all short enough to read on a phone. That is a coaching method, not a measured result.
Two studies outside sales explain why it helps. People who wrote down a date and a time for a plan followed through more often, and a short email got more replies than a wordy one asking for the same thing. Neither is a sales study.
End with one easy question, like whether this matches what they heard.
